Central to Sicilian cuisine is its iconic breakfast: granita with brioche. The distinguishing feature of the Sicilian brioche is the small, rounded top known as ‘tuppo’. This ‘tuppo’ holds special significance, as sharing it with someone is considered a heartfelt test of love and affection.

Recognizing the emotional and cultural value attached to this cherished component, we isolated the ‘tuppo’ and crafted it as a standalone delicacy. Now, everyone can experience the essence of Sicilian affection in a single, irresistible bite.
